Terms and Conditions

How to book

All bookings must be made online. Spaces are often limited for IRM courses and will be allocated on a ‘first come first served’ basis. You are strongly advised to book early to secure a place.

How the contract is formed between you and IRM

Upon completion of registration it is confirmation that you have accepted terms and conditions and the contract is now formed between you and the IRM. You will receive an email with joining instructions to confirm your booking.

Payment must be received in advance of the course. Our payments terms are 30 days from the date of invoice or prior to course date, whichever is sooner.

If you have any doubt as to whether the course is going ahead or whether your booking and payment have been received by the IRM in full, contact us at training@theirm.org or +44 (0)20 7709 9808.

Cancellation of a course by IRM

In such circumstances delegates will be offered an alternative dateor a full refund.
