Our thought leadership programme looks at the crucial issues facing the risk management profession, both now and in the future.
IRM supports, publishes and disseminates research undertaken by members of the Institute, partner organisations, and special interest and regional groups.
We contribute to national and international committees, government bodies, research projects, consultations, standards bodies and other risk initiatives.
Risk is an enormous field, so we focus our activities on four main themes:
Enterprise risk management
Risk management competencies and education
Global and emerging risks
The interface between risk management and other disciplines
Thought leadership steering committee
Our committee, led by Technical Director Carolyn Williams, is responsible for developing our thought leadership programme.
If you would like to contribute to the programme's development or share any of your work through our online resource centre, please contact Carolyn on firstname.lastname@example.org
