Managing consultant and service leader – human capital risk services, Marsh Ltd

   

BACKGROUND

Barbara Dahill is a managing consultant and service leader in Human Capital Risk within Marsh's Risk Consulting Practice. She uses risk management processes to help organisations reduce lost time and improve productivity within their work forces. She has extensive experience in both the public and private healthcare sectors in England and the United States . She also has international experience of developing successful occupational health programmes for public sector organisations in the UK .

Before joining the Human Capital Risk team, she was a healthcare risk advisor within Marsh. Previously, she was an occupational health consultant with William M. Mercer where she advised major UK organisations on a range of health related matters, including improving employee productivity through healthcare.

Barbara has also worked within the National Health Service as an executive director within two acute hospital trusts where she was responsible for business and strategic planning, service development and communication. She was also a project manager with a London health authority and the general manager of a psychiatric clinic.
