Group aims & objectives
How many missed opportunities or organisational failures happen through poor communication? 'People risk' is a major component - some would say the major component - of risk management, irrespective of organisational type or industry sector.
Communication is key to effective risk management, reaching far beyond the orbit of academic study. It affects everybody in an organisation and is a fundamental part of People Risk along with training, motivation and incentives. The exposures stretch across organisations and beyond to Contractors, Trade Unions, Partners and many more. |
