The exhibition provides delegates with a one stop shop opportunity to investigate the educational, training, career development, knowledge and information services available from an exclusive range of IRM’s partners. If you are a training company, recruitment consultant, professional services or information provider and want to talk to risk professionals, this is the place for you.
If you would like a base at the conference and an opportunity to talk to our delegates then we’re offering you this unique opportunity to secure an exhibition space.

Delegates are entitled to attend all forum sessions and workshops, lunch, tea and coffee.
Exhibitors are entitled to attend plenary sessions and lunch, tea and coffee.
Exhibitors must ensure their stands are manned during refreshment breaks and lunchtime. As refreshments will be served on the exhibition floor, there will be a good flow of delegates in all areas of the exhibition.
On site accommodation is available as an optional extra.
Exhibition space will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Prices are given on a space only basis. Exhibitors are welcome to bring pop up or pull up banner stands, literature stands and other items of an appropriate size for the space booked. Electricity supply is available for certain pitches and basic furniture (small tables and chairs) is available free of charge on request - please discuss your requirements with us in advance. The IRM reserve the right to change the floor plan in exceptional circumstances. Should this occur, every effort will be made to locate stands in similar positions to those chosen and the exhibitor will be notified immediately to discuss their requirements.
