The Team Dimensions of Risk Seminar

Consulting People Ltd in partnership with the Institute of Risk Management (IRM) will be running a one day seminar on how team work can reduce or contribute to risk.

This is an opportunity for managers and leaders, at any stage in their career, to improve their skills and knowledge of group/team intervention.

This experiential day will offer:

Opportunities for individuals to focus on their own questions about the team dimensions of risk
Practice sessions on observation, feedback and intervention
Input on the nature of risk in boards/teams and groups
Perspectives on how to contribute at different stages of the Team Lifecycle
A contribution to participants’ CPD

The event is highly interactive and offers new perspectives on risk in the context of team development in any organisation.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

Experience different forms of team work,
Practice intervention tools,
Receive constructive feedback, and
Build on their unique strengths and capabilities to lead, facilitate and contribute to the teams through which they achieve results.
