Managing Risks in Multi Agency / Third Party Partnerships

Bob Ellison Risk Associates, in partnership with The Institute of Risk Management will be running the above course throughout 2010. This one day course provides senior managers and risk practitioners working within the public sector with a practical based overview of the special risks associated with multi agency/ third party partnerships and what can be done to manage them effectively. This is a case study assessing the risks of a partnership programme from a policy idea through to implementation.
