Managing Risks in Public Sector Projects and Programmes
Bob Ellison Risk Associates, in partnership with The Institute of Risk Management will be running the above course throughout 2010. This one day course provides senior managers and risk practitioners working within the public sector with a practical based overview of the special risks associated with projects and programmes in the public sector and what can be done to manage them effectively. There is a case study assessing the risks of a programme from a policy idea through to post implementation review.
