Essentials of Enterprise Risk Management - 2-day course accredited by IRM

The ability to identify and manage risk and the effect of uncertainty on organisational objectives has never been more obvious.

This new course replaces Gallagher Bassett’s very successful ‘Management of Risk and Uncertainty’ programme with material that is right up-to-date with recent developments and events in risk management including the new ISO 31000 ‘Risk Management Principles and Guidance on Implementation’.

The course provides a broad yet comprehensive introduction to the subject of risk management. It explores both the positive and negative aspects of risk and aims to provide those attending with improved knowledge and practical skills in the identification, assessment and control of business risk.

The course covers, in detail, the development of Risk Registers and provides the opportunity to discuss with other managers and practitioners their organisations approach to risk management and practical solutions for embedding a strong risk aware and risk managed culture.
