Effective Risk Management in the Public Sector
Bob Ellison Risk Associates in partnership with The Institute of Risk Management will be running a one day course providing senior managers and risk practitioners who are new to the public sector, with an insight as to how to evolve risk management in their organisation into a cohesive and cost effective part of corporate governance. Typically, public sector organisations who integrate their numerous risk management disciplines (silos) can enjoy considerable cost savings. This course will illustrate the how in a number of practical sessions.
