Effective Risk Management in the Public Sector

Bob Ellison Risk Associates in partnership with The Institute of Risk Management will be running a one day course providing senior managers and risk practitioners who are new to the public sector, with an insight as to how to evolve risk management in their organisation into a cohesive and cost effective part of corporate governance. Typically, public sector organisations who integrate their numerous risk management disciplines (silos) can enjoy considerable cost savings.
