'Risk Management' is the cornerstone of modern business practice in both the private and public sectors. However, many companies and public sector organisations are struggling in their business environment to design and implement effective Business Risk Management (BRM) processes. This workshop, accredited by the Institute of Risk Management (IRM), provides both a theoretical and practical introduction to BRM for senior managers who are either new to the field or need additional support.
The training is a 2-day practical 'tools and techniques' workshop.

In-House Training Course
We can also facilitate in-house courses tailored to meet organisational requirements. In-house courses are particularly useful either where the organisation may be considering introducing a new BRM system or where there are doubts about the value and benefits of the existing system and a desire to making it more effective. Please note that in-house courses are based on 8 – 15 delegates.
