'Risk Management'
is the cornerstone of modern business practice in both
the private and public sectors. However, many companies
and public sector organisations are struggling in their
business environment to design and implement effective
Business Risk Management (BRM) processes. This course,
accredited by the Institute of Risk Management (IRM),
provides both a theoretical and practical introduction
to BRM for senior managers who are either new to the
field or need additional support.
The training
is a 2-day practical 'tools and techniques' workshop
run in Loughborough, Leicestershire by Bernie Catterall (Human Applications - Risk Management
Consultants) and Andy Shaw (former Director of Risk and Safety - First Choice Airways, and IRM Director).
Fees:
£460 + VAT for IRM members
