Job Description
We are a unitary authority providing a full range of local government services, along with major regeneration objectives and important projects to improve council services. We need a committed professional to lead the councils risk management and insurance services team. Advising the council corporately and supporting services and schools across the organisation, you will be responsible for managing and delivering a key service and will find the post challenging and rewarding.

Person Specification
You will hold a professional qualification (ACII or AIRM) or be able to show significant recent progress to qualification with experience of using and developing your risk management and insurance knowledge and skills in a large organisation. Experience of local government risks and good practice will be helpful.
