You will be responsible for maintaining British Transport Police’s (BTP’s) Risk Management Methodology, Processes and Products, providing advice and guidance throughout the organisation on all issues pertaining to Risk Management, including accurate identification, escalation, reporting and monitoring of risks faced by BTP.

You will ensure that Risk Management is actively embedded within the organisation, through delivering ongoing risk training and identification workshops to all BTP employees.

You will have up-to-date knowledge of the latest changes and best practice within the field of Risk Management and Corporate Governance and a recognised qualification (or progress towards qualification) in risk management or equivalent experience.

Experience of dealing with a wide range of people with tact and diplomacy, excellent communication skills and being able to work effectively to tight deadlines is crucial to this role.
