As a pivotal leader, you will ensure appropriate visibility of risk from the Board to the Ward – continuously improving the systems and bringing up the skills in our people to help ensure risk is identified, assessed and mitigated.  You will also lead the pursuit of NHSLA standards in a way which sees effective risk management effectively executed at all levels in the Trust.

Success will depend on your proactive and rigorous thinking and the ability to build productive relationships right across the organisation. Capable of balancing strategic and operational priorities, you’ll be suitably qualified through qualifications or relevant experience.
