You are an interactive self-starter. Reporting to the Head of Governance you will ensure that an effective assurance environment is established and maintained across the business. This will encompass risk management, internal controls assurance, fraud awareness and ‘whistle blowing’. In addition to leading, developing and implementing the Group’s risk and assurance strategy and policies, you will take ownership of the risk management framework embedding the systems and culture throughout the business.

With a relevant professional qualification and experience at management level within a multi-faceted organisation, you must have an in-depth knowledge of best practice in risk management and assurance together with the ability to train colleagues. A good understanding of regulated environments is also important. Bringing excellent interpersonal skills, you are able to influence thinking at all levels.
