Required to be responsible for co-ordinating the management of risk within the University and developing an effective risk management process across the organisation. You will support the University Secretary in organising meetings of the Risk Management Co-ordinating Group and in preparing and presenting reports to the group and the Board of Governors. You will also compile and update the Key Risks register, deliver training and briefings and advise schools and services in relation to risk management.
With a degree and excellent knowledge of risk management issues, you will have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills and the ability to command the respect of senior colleagues. You must also be numerate and analytical with appropriate experience and the ability to develop and implement policy in a major area of the business.
