We are a looking for a Quality and Risk Coordinator to join the team in London. Working in a team of four and reporting into the Head of Governance and Caldicott Guardian, you will ensure that the company’s quality and risk processes represent best practice and contribute to corporate success. Supporting management in a strategic and informed approach to risk, you will facilitate key improvements to our services.
This is a new role within the team, one which you will be able to make your mark on. For an experienced Quality management professional it’s a fantastic opportunity, with great routes for development.

As a Quality and Risk Coordinator your main responsibilities will involve:
- Acting as a quality and risk management subject matter expert.
- Developing and managing the quality assurance and improvement programme.
- Developing and managing the risk identification system and the risk register.
- Supporting the Governance Team in developing the appropriate quality and performance metrics.
- Coordinating the compliance process and incident reporting system.
As a Quality and Risk Coordinator your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) or consummate experience.
- Demonstrable prior experience in quality management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of quality management techniques and approaches, such as Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control, the EFQM excellence model, Lean Systems approach and ISO certification.
- Experience of delivering training.
- Experience of the health/social care/public sector
- Desirable: Master’s Degree (or equivalent); Membership/Fellowship of Chartered Quality Institute or other similar quality management qualification.
