In this role you will be responsible for the management of the Risk Unit including the Health and Safety Adviser, Health and Safety Officer, Business Continuity Officer, Insurance Officer and Administration Unit. You will be responsible for the management and co-ordination of risk across the Force.
You must be educated to degree level or equivalent professional qualification, with a management qualification and/or 5 years relevant management experience. The successful candidate will have previous experience in risk management with a thorough understanding and technical knowledge of risk management principals.
You must be able to work at strategic level in a management environment with demonstrable experience in controlling large portfolio of projects, meeting deadlines and balancing priorities.
