Job Description
The Department of Administrative Sciences at Metrolpolitan College is seeking to fill one or more full-time faculty positions at the rank of Assistant Professor, starting in the fall of 2011 or January 2012.
Essential responsibilities
- Teach six graduate/undergraduate courses per academic year in classroom and online settings
- Participate in curriculum and program development
- Mentor part-time faculty in the Department of Administrative Sciences, Metropolitan College and Boston University

Requirements
- Ph.D or DBA in a management-related field
- Experience in teaching working adults
- Significant applied business experience
- A proven track record in research and peer review publications
Areas of expertise sought include supply chain management, business continuity and risk management, international competitiveness, innovation, entrepreneurship and change management.
