Alarm - The Public Risk Management Association
Alarm exists to assist, advise and represent public sector organisations in the development of risk management strategies and to raise the profile and importance of risk management within the public sector. Alarm worked with AIRMIC and the IRM on developing the Risk Management Standard

Founded in 1994, The Business Continuity Institute's mission is to promote the art and science of Business Continuity Management worldwide. The BCI promotes the highest standards of professional competence an commercial ethics in the provision, maintenance and services for Business Continuity Management.

CILA - The Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters

CILA is recognised worldwide as a leading authority on the handling of insurance claims. Governed by Royal Charter, the Institute embodies core values of education, examination and professional standards. The Institute's motto "Truth and Equity" epitomises the profession's ethos upheld by a Code of Conduct which states that members of the Institute must at all times preserve impartiality.

EIRM - The European Institute of Risk Management

EIRM is a knowledge network that collects, produces and disseminates knowledge about risk management to the private and public sectors. Through a website library, e-newsletters and conferences, EIRM gives organisations a deeper and broader understanding of risk management, to strengthen their strategic decisions and daily work with risk-related issues. The new online course, Certificate in Risk Management (CRM), furthermore provides students with a basic understanding of risk management.

        

IIRSM - International institute of Risk and Safety Management

The IIRSM is a professional body for health and safety practitioners. It was created to advance professional standards in accident prevention and occupational health throughout the world. The Institute was established in 1975 and is a company limited by guarantee and a registered Charity.

The Institute of Risk Management South Africa (IRMSA)

The IRMSA is the leading source of information and networking opportunities within the South African Risk Management industry, with members from a wide range of corporations both from the private and public sector. Our non-profit organisation represents individuals and companies committed to the enhancement of the Risk Management discipline.

 

IRMSA has been recognised by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) as the Professional Body for Risk Management in South Africa, and is therefore the institute of choice for risk professionals and practitioners in Southern Africa, dedicated to the advancement of the risk management profession and accreditation, through research, promotion, education, upliftment, training, guidance and strong relationships with other Institutes or Associations.

The New Zealand Society for Risk Management

The New Zealand Society for Risk Management was formed in 2000 to foster understanding of risk management across industry, government and academia.  The Society is the leading organisation in New Zealand for sharing and enhancing skills and understanding amongst all sectors and disciplines about the management of risk. Its membership is drawn from a wide range of sectors and disciplines including: engineering, insurance, legal and auditing professionals, technology managers, environmental specialists, government officials, local authority managers, academics and others.
