Registration
All students accepted for entry onto IRM's qualifications will be deemed to have accepted the student regulations and guidance which must be read prior to submitting their application form and to abide by the Institute's code of conduct for members.
Registration dates
Candidates can join the Institute at any time of year as a student however enrolment for the Diploma does not open until 1 October. Diploma students will have access to all membership benefits but will NOT receive access to the Diploma study materials and support area until 1 October.
Students joining between 15 December and 30 June benefit from the previous years fee rates.
Discounts of 10% on module fees are available to students who register on the Diploma through an agreed partnership or is an exsting IRM member. A lsit of approved partners are listed below

The Institute of Risk Management offers concessionary rates to students living, studying and sitting their examinations in one of the countries listed below. Students meeting these criteria should pay the low GDP rate:
Azerbaijan, Angola, Bangladesh, Central African Republic, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gambia, Ghana, Guyana, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Sierra Leone, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, Vietnam. Zambia and Zimbabwe.
Refunds
Under no circumstances are refunds given for the one off admission fee, student subscription, and online resources fees. Please refer to the student regulations document for further information.
